Role & responsibilities

- Process Optimization: Improve assembly lines using lean manufacturing and Six Sigma methods.
- Troubleshooting: Fix machine breakdowns and solve workflow delays.
- Quality Control: Set standards and test products to meet safety rules.
- Scheduling & Budgeting: Plan production targets and manage project costs.
- Team Training: Teach workers how to use equipment safely

- Plan, monitor and control daily production activities.
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per schedule.
- Monitor machine performance and optimize productivity.
- Implement process improvements to reduce waste and increase efficiency.
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance and store departments.
- Maintain production records, reports and documentation.
- Ensure adherence to safety, quality and company standards.
- Analyze production issues and implement corrective actions.
- Manage manpower allocation and shop floor operations.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives such as Lean, 5S and Kaizen.
