About the Role:

We are looking for a driven and curious GTM consultant to join FirstClub's Go-to-Market team in Pune. You will work on live growth initiatives from on-ground activations and community outreach to customer engagement and market research — contributing directly to how FirstClub expands its presence across the city.

What You'll Do:

- Support the GTM team in planning and executing on-ground activations, community events, and local outreach initiatives across Pune.
- Assist in identifying and approaching potential partnership touchpoints such as residential communities, cafes, and wellness centres to expand FirstClub's reach.
- Conduct outbound calls to existing and prospective community members to gather feedback, build relationships, and drive engagement — acting as a warm, trusted voice of the brand.
- Contribute to market research efforts by gathering on-ground intelligence, tracking competitor activity, and identifying emerging customer needs.
- Coordinate with consultant teams to ensure smooth execution of GTM campaigns, following up on leads and action items in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of outreach activities, customer interactions, and feedback in our CRM system.
- Analyse patterns from customer conversations and on-ground interactions to share actionable insights with the GTM and marketing teams.
- Support the creation of basic campaign collaterals, reports,



and presentations as required by the team.

What We're Looking For:

- 0 to 6 months of experience in RWA Activation, marketing, customer engagement, or any GTM-adjacent role. Freshers with high energy and curiosity are welcome.
- Strong verbal communication skills in English and at least one regional language — Marathi, Hindi
- A people-first attitude — you genuinely enjoy interacting with customers and building relationships.
- Analytical thinking — ability to spot patterns, ask the right questions, and translate on-ground observations into practical insights.
- High emotional intelligence — calm under pressure, empathetic in conversations, and professional at all times.
- Organised and detail-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and follow through consistently.
- Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and basic CRM or data entry platforms.
- A go-getter mindset — willing to step outside the office, roll up your sleeves, and take ownership of your work.
