Experience: 1 - 5 years

Qualification: Graduate

Key skills:

Basic processing support across Binders, Policy Issuance, Endorsements and policy servicing

Key Responsibilities:

Process standard requests as per SOPs;

Review request completeness

Update policy systems; meet SLA and accuracy targets

escalate discrepancies

communicate for missing information

follow compliance guidelines

Basic understanding of P&C; / Broking lifecycle

attention to detail

positive written and verbal communication

ability to work in shifts

basic MS Excel and Outlook knowledge
