Job Overview:

We are looking for an cutting-edge and trend-savvy Social Media Manager to lead our clients social presence across platforms. The ideal candidate should be skilled in crafting engaging content strategies, writing high-performing copies, and creating viral moments that drive engagement and follower growth.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Strategy: Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with client goals and brand voice.

2. Content Ideation & Copywriting: Write engaging, platform-specific social media copies that connect emotionally with the audience.

3. Trend Research & Creation: Identify, create, and leverage trending and viral content opportunities across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and X (Twitter).

4. Calendar Planning: Prepare monthly and campaign-based social media content calendars.

5. Team Coordination: Collaborate closely with the design team to ensure timely delivery of creatives that align with the campaign concept.

6. Handle Management: Manage, monitor,



and optimize multiple client social media accounts for consistent brand engagement and growth.

7. Analytics & Reporting: Track KPIs, analyze performance, and provide actionable insights for content and strategy improvement.

8. Community Building: Drive meaningful engagement by responding to comments, messages, and building brand advocacy.

9. Monthly Growth Reporting: Keep track of performance metrics and prepare monthly social media growth and engagement reports for clients.

What Were Looking For:

1. Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

2. 6-24 months of experience managing social media for brands or agencies.

3. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

4. Proficiency in social media management tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.).

5. Creative mindset with a deep understanding of internet culture, trends, and audience psychology.

6. Basic understanding of performance metrics and paid media campaigns is a plus.
