- Counsel prospective students on various online and executive education programs.
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs based on their career goals.
- Handle inbound and outbound leads, qualify prospects, and drive enrollments.
- Build solid relationships with candidates through regular follow-ups and personalized counseling.
- Explain program features, fee structures, financing options, and admission processes.
- Achieve monthly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, interactions, and conversions in the CRM.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to ensure a seamless admission experience.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and product knowledge.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 13 years of experience in Admission Counseling, Academic Counseling, Inside Sales, or Education Sales.
- Experience in EdTech organizations such as Jaro Education, Simplilearn, Hero Vired, Emeritus, or similar companies is highly preferred.
- Strong consultative sales and objection-handling skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven, fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
