Role Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Assistant Terminal Supervisor to support terminal operations and ensure smooth day-to-day activities at our Dighi terminal. The role involves coordinating operations, maintaining records, monitoring dispatch activities, and ensuring operational efficiency, safety compliance, and timely execution of terminal activities.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in supervising daily terminal operations and dispatch activities
Coordinate with transporters, drivers, and internal teams for smooth movement of materials
Monitor loading, unloading, and storage operations at the terminal
Maintain operational records, stock reports, and documentation
Ensure compliance with safety standards and operational procedures
Support inventory management and stock reconciliation activities
Coordinate with maintenance teams to ensure smooth functioning of terminal equipment
Report operational issues and support timely resolution

Requirements:

1 3 years of experience in logistics, terminal operations,



warehousing, or supply chain management
Basic understanding of terminal and transport operations
Good communication and coordination skills
Proficiency in MS Excel and reporting processes
Ability to work in a fast-paced operational environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience in the bitumen industry
