Job Title: Customer Success Associate

Location - Pune(Kharadi)

Salary:

28,500 CTC to 40,000 per month CTC.

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information regarding PhonePe services.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving issues effectively and efficiently.
- Maintain a professional and empathetic approach while interacting with customers.
- Adhere to quality and compliance standards during customer interactions.

Required Skillset:

- Excellent communication skills in both English and Hindi.

Qualifications:





- Graduate from any field.

Interview Process:

- Versant 6 Certified
- Written Assessment
- Operations Round
- Client Round

Experience:

- Open to both freshers and experienced candidates.
- Preferred: Candidates with insurance experience and sales acumen.
- Minimum 6 months of Life Insurance experience is an added advantage.
- Knowledge of Mutual Funds and ULIP Plans is beneficial.

- Rotational Shift
- 6 days working.
