We are looking for a highly skilled UX Manager with 5 to 10 years of experience to lead the design and development of our ZAIDYN Platform, playing a crucial role in enhancing user experience and driving business success. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing intuitive and engaging interfaces, with a passion for creating exceptional user experiences.

Roles and Responsibility

- Develop and implement comprehensive UX strategies to enhance user engagement and satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize project requirements.
- Design and develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs for complex systems.
- Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and validate product solutions.
- Create and maintain design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
- Mentor junior designers to improve their skills and knowledge.

Job Requirements
- Proven experience in UX design,



focusing on creating intuitive and engaging interfaces.
- Strong understanding of human-centered design principles and user experience methodologies.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, or similar.
- Ability to analyze user data and feedback to inform design decisions.
- Solid problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and outside the box.
