What this role is about

- Experience: 5 years (Engineer II) or 8+ years (Senior/Infrastructure) of relevant IT experience.
- Technical Expertise: Strong experience with Palo Alto firewalls, Cisco ACI, Aruba, Citrix NetScaler, and SD-WAN technologies.
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, or a related field.
- Tools: Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) tools like ServiceNow.
