Key Responsibilities:

- DaaS Management:
- Oversee the deployment, configuration, and maintenance of DaaS solutions.
- Ensure the DaaS infrastructure is reliable, secure, and optimized for performance.
- Monitor virtual desktop environments and troubleshooting issues to minimize downtime and ensure timely resolution.

- Technical Support:

- Provide expert-level support for DaaS solutions to end-users and IT staff.
- Diagnosing and resolving complex technical issues related to virtual desktops.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for advanced troubleshooting and repairs.

- System Optimization:

- Analyze DaaS performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for DaaS processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in DaaS technology and recommend upgrades or changes as necessary.

- Security and Compliance:

- Ensure DaaS solutions comply with organizational security policies and industry standards.
- Implement and manage access controls and user permissions for virtual desktops.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.

- Project Management:

- Lead and participate in DaaS-related projects, including upgrades, migrations,



and recent implementations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide training and guidance to IT staff and end-users on DaaS best practices.

Qualifications:

- Education:
- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

- Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and supporting DaaS solutions.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing virtual desktop infrastructure.

- Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of DaaS solutions and their integration with various IT systems.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in DaaS or related virtual desktop technologies.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
- Familiarity with network and security protocols related to virtual desktops.
