Role Overview Info: As a UI/UX Designer, you will own the end-to-end design process for enterprise web applications, postings, pamphlets etc. - from understanding user needs and business workflows to creating scalable, accessible, and developer-ready designs. You will work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, and QA teams to translate complex workflows into simple, intuitive interfaces while ensuring consistency across products, strong usability, and practical implementation feasibility. Required Skills Must Have: 3–5 years of professional experience in UI/UX design for web or enterprise applications. Must Have: Strong proficiency in Figma and other UI UX- AI development tools like (Uizard, Framer, Galileo, UX Pilot, etc.) including auto layout, variants, components, styles, prototyping, design libraries, and developer handoff. Must Have: Positive understanding of UX principles, interaction design, information architecture, usability testing, and user research methods. Must Have: Experience designing responsive web applications across desktop, tablet, and browser-based workflows. Must Have:
Strong knowledge of typography, spacing, color theory, grids, layout, visual hierarchy, and enterprise UI patterns. Must Have: Hands-on experience with design systems, reusable component libraries, UI patterns, and design documentation. Must Have: Understanding of accessibility standards including WCAG 2.1/2.2, contrast ratios, keyboard navigation, focus states, and screen-reader friendly design. Must Have: Working knowledge of HTML5, CSS3, responsive design, Bootstrap or other similar UI frameworks, and front-end development constraints. Must Have: Basic understanding of JavaScript behavior, component-based development, APIs, data tables, forms, validation states, and role-based workflows. Must Have: Experience collaborating with development teams using Azure DevOps for user stories, tasks, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, and issue tracking. Must Have: Strong communication, presentation, design rationale, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Qualifications Good to have: Any certification in Design, or a related field. Good to have: Experience working on enterprise SaaS, workflow management, or business process applications. Good to have: Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies. Good to have: Familiarity with Microsoft ecosystem applications is an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Must Have: Lead UX discovery activities including stakeholder discussions, user interviews, workflow analysis, persona development, and journey mapping. Must Have: Design intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for enterprise web applications with a focus on usability, accessibility, and scalability. Must Have: Understand business workflows in domains such as legal operations, mortgage servicing and collections support. Must Have: Design responsive interfaces that work across desktop, and modern browser environments. Must Have: Define design systems and design guidelines Must Have: Create user flows, information broachers, wireframes, low-fidelity concepts, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes. Must Have: Conduct usability testing, heuristic evaluations, competitor analysis, and design validation using user feedback and product analytics. Must Have: Build, maintain, and document reusable UI components, interaction patterns, and design system guidelines in Figma. Must Have: Prepare developer-ready design handoffs including specifications, states, edge cases, spacing, behavior notes, and asset exports. Must Have: Collaborate with developers to ensure accurate implementation of designs using HTML, CSS, component libraries, and front-end best practices. Must Have: Work with Product Managers and Business Analysts to convert requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria into user-centered designs. Must Have: Continuously improve existing applications based on usability findings, accessibility checks, support tickets, and analytics insights. Must Have: Ensure designs follow WCAG accessibility, responsive design, usability, and modern enterprise UI standards.
