- advanced expertise in using Microsoft Excel is must.

- experience in working with SQL queries for Data Analysis.

- must possess ability to explain complicated technical matters clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

- Excellent communication skills in English is must to communicate and collaborate with different internal stakeholders located Globally.

- working experience (or willingness to learn) in data analytics tools like Alteryx or Power BI (or similar data analytic tools like Tableau) is an added advantage.

- Previous experience with Onboarding / migration / support projects (ideally software ones, with the focus on data and apps onboarding and migrations from the legacy to the new environment) is also an added advantage.

- Positive understanding of IT Security especially on relevant systems like Microsoft Active Directory, Azure Active Directory, Oracle's OID and IBM's LDAP
