What Youll Own
City Growth: Own the P&L;, investment wallet growth, and city-level campaign strategy.
Channel Leadership: Acquire and activate a network of financial partners (IFAs, DSAs, MFDs).
Team Building: Lead, coach, and mentor a field team
On-Ground Execution: Spend 70-80% of your time in the field, driving sales processes, beat plans, and conversion metrics.
Data-Driven Strategy: Use CRM tools and funnel metrics to drive portfolio deepening and customer retention.
What We’re Looking For
Experience: 16+years in City or Branch/cluster level Sales/BD (Banking, Insurance, Investments, or Lending).
Network: Proven local market expertise and an existing network of channel partners.
Team Leadership: Experience managing a field team of 5+ members with a solid track record of success.
Communication: Fluency in English and the local city language.
