- Infrastructure Support: Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and servers.
- Network Management: Oversee LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi connectivity, routers, and firewalls.
- User Administration: Manage active directory accounts, email setups, and user access permissions.
