Role

As a Direct Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by engaging with prospective customers, understanding their educational needs, and recommending the most suitable learning solutions offered by Infinity Learn.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead Generation & Sales: Proactively connect with potential customers through calls, meetings, and local outreach to convert leads into successful sales.

• Consultative Selling: Understand the academic needs of students and parents, and recommend tailored solutions to boost product adoption.

• Revenue Growth: Strategize and execute plans to meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

• Customer Relationship Management:



Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage long-term engagement and referrals.

• Negotiation & Closing: Effectively handle objections, negotiate pricing, and close deals successfully.

• Home Conductions: Go out and conduct home visits (home conductions) to engage with leads in person and demonstrate the product effectively. Desired Skills & Competencies

• Strong sales acumen and result-oriented mindset

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment

• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems

• Self-motivated and collaborative team player

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of overall sales experience

• At least 1 year of experience in the EdTech industry (preferably in K-12 or test prep)

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline

Work Conditions

• 6-day work week (Monday fixed off)

• Must own a laptop/device for work-related tasks
