We are looking forward to hire Service Now ITSM Professionals in the following areas :

Experience Required: 7 to 9

- Required Skills
- Core Skills
- Strong understanding of monitoring observability concepts
- Hands-on experience with at least 2 monitoring tools (SCOM, AppDynamics, Datadog, New Relic, Zabbix, AWS CloudWatch, etc. )

- Experience with event management alert handling
- Strong integration skills using APIs, REST, and data pipelines

- ServiceNow ITOM
- Experience with ServiceNow Event Management and (preferred) ITOM modules
- Understanding of CMDB and CI relationships for impact analysis and enrichment

- Data AIOps
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of AI/ML concepts (anomaly detection, clustering, prediction)




- Exposure to OpenSearch / Elasticsearch for log analysis and event analytics

- Infrastructure
- Understanding of Linux and Windows server environments
- Knowledge of networking fundamentals
- Familiarity with application architectures and dependency flows
