Job Summary:

IBN Technologies Ltd. is looking for a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative with experience in selling Accounting Software, ERP Solutions, Bookkeeping, Sales Tax, Payroll, or Finance Outsourcing Services to the US & Canadian market. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting, and closing qualified business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email campaigns, LinkedIn outreach, and other outbound sales activities.
- Sell Accounting Software, ERP Solutions, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Sales Tax, and Finance & Accounting Outsourcing Services.
- Identify and engage decision-makers including CFOs, Controllers, Accounting Managers, CPA Firms, Finance Directors, and Business Owners.
- Conduct discovery calls to understand client requirements, existing accounting processes, software usage, and outsourcing needs.
- Schedule qualified meetings for the Business Development team.
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and CRM updates.




- Achieve monthly targets for calls, qualified leads, meetings, and revenue opportunities.
- Work closely with marketing and delivery teams to improve conversion rates.
- Stay updated with industry trends, accounting software, ERP solutions, and US accounting practices.

Eligibility

- Bachelor's Degree or MBA (Marketing/Sales/Finance/Commerce).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Inside Sales for the North American market.
- Proven experience in selling Accounting Software, ERP, Bookkeeping, Payroll, Sales Tax, or Finance Outsourcing Services.
- Solid communication, presentation, and objection-handling skills.
- Experience using CRM tools.
