- Identify potential customers for home loans and conduct field visits to understand their financial needs.
- Develop relationships with existing clients to increase repeat business and referrals.
- Process loan applications, verify documents, and ensure timely disbursement of funds.
- Meet sales targets by acquiring new customers and increasing revenue growth.
Job Requirements :
- 0-2 years of experience in banking or finance industry, preferably in housing finance or home loan sales.
- Solid understanding of mortgage products, including fixed deposits, savings accounts, and other financial services offered by banks.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers at all levels.
