Job Description
We are looking for an experienced SAP SD Consultant with strong expertise in Sales and Distribution processes to support implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support projects. The ideal candidate should possess deep functional knowledge of Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes and SAP SD configuration.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather business requirements and design SAP SD solutions.
- Configure and support SAP SD processes including:
- Inquiry & Quotation
- Sales Orders
- Pricing & Billing
- Shipping & Delivery
- Returns Management
- Credit Management
- Work on Order-to-Cash (O2C) business processes.
- Integrate SAP SD with MM, FI, PP, and WM/EWM modules.
- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with technical teams for developments.
- Conduct system testing, UAT support, and end-user training.
- Support SAP implementations, rollouts, upgrades, and production support activities.
Required Skills
- Strong hands-on experience in SAP SD configuration and support.
- Expertise in Pricing, Output Determination, Partner Determination, and Copy Controls.
- Positive understanding of Sales, Shipping, Transportation, and Billing processes.
- Experience in O2C lifecycle management.
- Knowledge of IDOCs, Interfaces, and integration touchpoints.
- Experience with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
- Excellent problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred Skills
- SAP S/4HANA implementation or migration experience.
- Knowledge of SAP Fiori applications.
- Experience in global rollout projects.
- SAP SD Certification is an added advantage.
