Key Responsibilities:

- Print Services Management:

- Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Canon Uniflow systems, plotters, and various printers.
- Ensure the print services infrastructure is reliable, secure, and optimized for performance.
- Monitor print queues and troubleshoot issues to minimize downtime and ensure timely resolution.

- Technical Support:

- Provide expert-level support for Canon Uniflow, plotters, and printers to end-users and IT staff.
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to print services.
- Collaborate with vendors and service providers for advanced troubleshooting and repairs.

- System Optimization:

- Analyze print service performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
- Develop and maintain documentation for print services processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures.
- Stay updated with the latest developments in print technology and recommend upgrades or changes as necessary.

- Security and Compliance:

- Ensure print services comply with organizational security policies and industry standards.
- Implement and manage access controls and user permissions for print services.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to identify and mitigate security risks.

- Project Management:





- Lead and participate in print services-related projects, including upgrades, migrations, and new implementations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Provide training and guidance to IT staff and end-users on print services best practices.

- - Education:

- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.

- Experience:

- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing and supporting backend print services, specifically with Canon Uniflow, plotters, and printers.
- Proven track record of successfully implementing and optimizing print services infrastructure.

- Skills:

- In-depth knowledge of Canon Uniflow systems and their integration with various printers and plotters.
- Robust troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Project management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Certifications in Canon Uniflow or related print services technologies.
- Experience with other print management solutions and software.
- Familiarity with network and security protocols related to print services.
