- Manage sales orders from receipt to fulfillment, ensuring accurate tracking and timely delivery.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain relationships with customers, understanding their needs and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements throughout the sales process.
Job Requirements :
- 1-4 years of experience in a similar role within the industrial equipment/machinery industry.
- Solid knowledge of Change Control processes and ability to implement them effectively.
- Proficiency in Teamcenter Product Management system is an asset.
