Plan and execute all KCA finishing activities including entrance lobby, liftlobbies, clubhouse, amenities, corridor, podium, landscape structure, sample flat, sales office, and external common area
Monitor project milestones to achieve completion.
Required Candidate profile
Experience in luxury developments and common area finishing is highly preferred
Expertise in marble, granite, tiles, painting, waterproofing, gypsum, woodwork, metal works, and faade finishes.
