- Design and deliver training programs for sales teams to improve their skills, knowledge, and performance.
- Conduct needs analysis to identify gaps in employee skills and develop customized training solutions.
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored training services.
- Monitor the effectiveness of training programs through feedback mechanisms and make necessary improvements.
Job Requirements :
- 2-12 years of experience as a Sales Trainer or in a related field.
- Robust understanding of adult learning principles, instructional design methodologies, and facilitation techniques.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with ability to engage diverse audiences.
