Job Title: SAP Head

Location: Pune

Reports To: Chief Information Officer (CIO)

Job Summary:

The SAP Head will be responsible for the strategic oversight and effective management of all deployed SAP modules, ensuring their alignment with the organizations energetic business objectives. This role is pivotal in driving operational efficiency and supporting enterprise-wide digital transformation initiatives. The SAP

Head will collaborate closely with functional leaders to promote system optimization, enhance user adoption and foster a culture of continuous improvement across all SAP platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Strategic Leadership:
- Define and execute the SAP Roadmap aligned with business strategy.
- Lead SAP transformation initiatives ensuring

Partnering with business functions to maximize SAP utilization

and enhance employee productivity.

Eliminating manual interventions in routine processes through

automation and system integration.

Cultivating a culture of trust and reliance on SAP-generated insights and outputs.

Driving SAP rollouts and seamless integration across multiple

plants and business units.

Ensuring governance, change management and the adoption of

SAP best practices.

- SAP Solution and Process Management:
- Ensure seamless operation and performance of all SAP modules

across the organization.

- Lead the Master Data Management (MDM) team to maintain clean,



consistent and reliable master data.
- Oversee the development of a centralized data warehouse to enable actionable dashboards and advanced analytics.
- Monitor system health, proactively resolve issues and manage

upgrades, patches and enhancements to ensure system stability and

scalability.

- Project Management:
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and oversee solution design and implementation.
- Manage SAP-related projects including budgeting, resource allocation and timeline adherence.
- Promote Knowledge Sharing, cross training and documentation

discipline

- Team Management:
- Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants, developers and analysts.
- Develop skill matrices and manage team workload effectively.
- Governance & Compliance:
- Ensure SAP systems comply with corporate policies and industry

regulations.

- Maintain documentation and conduct regular audits.

Qualifications:

Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in SAP implementation and management in a manufacturing company with at least 3 years in leadership role..

• Strong understanding of SAP modules and integration processes.

• Certifications such as SAP Certified Technology Associate, PMP, or

equivalent are preferred.
