Experience
• Minimum 8–10 years in financial management and accounting
• 3+ years in leadership role managing accounting teams
• Manufacturing cost accounting experience preferred
• Exposure to ERP systems and financial reporting
Required Candidate profile
• Bachelor's degree in Commerce / Accountancy / Finance
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or cost accountant certification preferred
• GST, Income Tax, TDS knowledge
