and market mappingFind contact details of CHROs, CXOs, Business Owners, and Decision MakersFix appointments, and follow through to conversionUndertake field visits across Delhi NCR (Gurugram, Delhi, Noida, etc.) to Industry , Business premisesMaintain CRM updates and track sales follow up performance against targetsPreferred Candidate ProfilePassionate about sales, business development, and client engagementStrong communication , presentation skills & AI tool awarenessSelf-driven, disciplined and result-oriented mindsetExperience in B2B sales, B2C consulting, training & development , or services industry preferredWillingness for Visit Potential Clients as field work and fix client meetings will be advantageThe Business Development Associate Senior Executive is a full time, on-site role located in Gurugram ( Delhi NCR ).Relevant experience in business development, sales, marketing or a related fieldBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related discipline (MBA is a plus)Familiarity with leadership training or organizational development services will be an added advantageCandidates return to work , retired direct sales or business development candidates can also reach out.Salary Range 25,000 ~40,000 /month + Attractive Target incentive , Working days Mon to Friday 9 am to 5.30 pm + 4th Saturday for Internal Training.
