About the CompanyWe are a reputed educational institution committed to providing quality education and fostering a positive learning environment for our students.About the RoleThe TGT Social Studies position involves teaching various Social Studies subjects to students, ensuring they receive a comprehensive understanding of the curriculum.Responsibilities- Teach Social Studies subjects including History, Geography, Civics, Political Science, and Economics to students.- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging lesson plans aligned with the CBSE curriculum and learning outcomes.- Use innovative teaching methodologies, including maps, charts, presentations, case studies, projects, smart boards, and activity-based learning.- Conduct assessments, examinations, assignments, and projects to evaluate student performance.- Maintain accurate academic records, attendance, and student progress reports.- Provide constructive feedback and support students' academic growth.- Foster critical thinking, analytical skills,



and civic awareness among students.- Ensure effective classroom management and maintain a positive learning setting.- Participate in PTMs, staff meetings, school events, training programs, and co-curricular activities.- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery and student learning outcomes.Qualifications- Graduate/Postgraduate in History, Geography, Political Science, Economics, or a related Social Science discipline.- B.Ed. degree is mandatory.- Minimum 2–3 years of teaching experience in a reputed CBSE/ICSE school preferred.- Strong subject knowledge and communication skills.- Proficiency in using digital teaching tools and smart classroom technology.Required Skills- Excellent classroom management.- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.- Lesson planning and curriculum implementation.- Assessment and evaluation techniques.- Ability to engage students through experiential and activity-based learning.- Teamwork and adaptability.Preferred Skills- Experience with innovative teaching methodologies.- Ability to integrate technology into the classroom.
