About the role:We are looking for a Project Engineer to join our team and contribute to the installation, commissioning, maintenance, and execution of advanced defence projects.Responsibilities:- Develop detailed project plans that outline the scope, objectives, timelines, and resources required for successful project execution.- Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and align with organizational goals.- Participation in Dispatch activities, JRI- Serve as the primary point of contact for cross functional or supplier, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns that arise.- Assemble and manage project teams, ensuring effective communication and collaboration among team members.- Valuable Knowledge of Mechanical / electrical system of Naval Defence System- Site coordination for installation, commissioning and site support.- Experience in I&C;, preventive maintenance, defect rectification of Weapon System.- Experience of working inside defence shipyard.- Ex-servicemen with electrical background (preferable)Software Competencies:Essential: ERP, PLM,Preferable: AutoCAD
