Roles and responsibilities- Posting and overseeing journal entries, fixed asset accounting, Inter- company transactions and month-end reporting.- Ensure timely and accurate month end MIS- Preparing month end and regular balance sheet and P&L; schedules- Preparation and review of IFRS, Reclass related entries- Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals to deliver high-quality services.- Drive efficiency, accuracy, and implement value-added initiatives to strengthen the finance function.- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to resolve issues quickly and effectively.- Work closely with AP, AR, and FP&A; teams to ensure smooth and timely month-end closure.- Contribute to building and scaling the finance function in line with organizational growth.Qualification, Experience/Competencies- Chartered Accountant (CA)
