Roles and Responsibilities :

- Process and validate dealer orders in SAP.
- Ensure timely order dispatch as per commitments.
- Monitor order fulfilment and escalate delays.
- Coordinate daily with warehouse for dispatch planning.
- Manage loading priorities and FTL consolidation opportunities.
- Track dispatch status and shipment confirmations.
- Identify SKU shortages and coordinate with material planners.
- Monitor replenishment timelines and update delivery commitments.
- Maintain SKU availability records for order planning.
- Engage with dealers to support ordering and offtake growth.

- Job Requirements :

- 5-12 years of experience in sales coordination or order processing role.
- Proficiency in using SAP system for sales order processing and management.
- Solid understanding of industrial equipment/machinery industry trends and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with internal stakeholders.
