*Key Responsibilities* :
Manage end-to-end Current Product Development (NPD).
Customer drawing study, feasibility & cost estimation.
Prepare product costing, material & process cost estimates.
Prototype development, trials & PPAP.
Coordinate with Design, Production, Quality, Purchase & Tool Room.
Handle BOM, ECN/ECR, APQP & project timelines.
Ensure on-time development and production handover.
Identify cost reduction and process improvement opportunities.
Knowledge of sheet metal fabrication, laser cutting, bending, welding & assembly preferred.
*Required Skills* : NPD, Estimation/Costing, PPAP, APQP, PFMEA, GD&T;, CAD, Project Management & Customer Coordination.
