Job Summary

We are looking for customer-focused and technically proficient Technical Support Associates to join our International Voice & Chat support team. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of technical support experience and possess a good understanding of website technologies, hosting environments, and web servers. You will troubleshoot customer issues, provide technical guidance, and ensure a seamless customer experience through voice and chat support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide technical support to international customers via Voice & Chat.
- Diagnose and resolve website, hosting, and server-related issues.
- Troubleshoot HTML, CSS,



WordPress, and widget-related problems.
- Assist customers with API-related queries and integrations.
- Support web hosting environments, domains, and DNS configurations.
- Understand the basics of Web Servers and Application Servers for troubleshooting.
- Document customer interactions and resolutions accurately.
- Escalate complex technical issues to the appropriate teams when required.
- Ensure high customer satisfaction while meeting quality and productivity metrics.

Required Technical Skills

- Basic understanding of APIs
- Knowledge of HTML & CSS
- Experience working with WordPress
- Understanding of Widgets and Plugins
- Knowledge of Web Hosting
- Basic understanding of Servers
- Fundamentals of Web Servers & Application Servers
