Requirements:
1. Candidates should have at least 0.6 to 1 year experience in any Sales Field to be considered as experienced. (BFSI/Finance/NBFC sales experience preferable).
2. Freshers are also applicable; positive communication skills and presentability is mandatory.
3. Candidates should be comfortable with field sales.
4. Bike is mandatory as its a field sales job role.
Roles:
1. Open market lead generation through various sources like: builder sites, Real estate channel partner firms (CP Firm), Connectors/Brokers. (acquiring new customer details interested for home loans)
2. Co-ordinate with the customers/sources about the details of the HDFC Bank, Loan ROI, Home loan process and policy. (ROI and process details)
