We are looking for an experienced Automation Engineer / Sr. Automation Engineer / Project Lead with strong expertise in Siemens PLC, HMI, SCADA, and drive integration. The ideal candidate will take ownership of design, programming, panel testing, commissioning, and site support across industrial automation projects.

Key Responsibilities

- PLC & SCADA Development: Program, configure, and troubleshoot Siemens PLCs (S7-1200, S7-1500, S7-300) using TIA Portal, STEP 7, and WinCC.
- HMI & Interface Design: Design and deploy interfaces for KTP/TP Panels, WinCC RT Advanced, and WinCC SCADA.
- Drive & Instrumentation Integration: Configure and integrate VFDs (Siemens SINAMICS, ABB, PowerFlex, Altivar), IO Link devices, and Safety PLCs (Failsafe S7-1500F).
- Industrial Networking: Establish communication using Profinet, Profibus, Modbus TCP, and Industrial Ethernet.
- Testing & Commissioning: Conduct Control Panel Testing,



Field IO Mapping, FAT (Factory Acceptance Test), and SAT (Site Acceptance Test).
- Documentation & Support: Read and interpret electrical schematics, prepare detailed technical documentation, and provide site troubleshooting and maintenance support.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Experience: 5 to 10 years in Industrial Automation execution/projects.
- Education: B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation, or Mechatronics.
- Industry Domain Experience: Exposure to Material Handling (conveyors, cranes), Process Automation (Pharma, Food, Water Treatment), Manufacturing (Automotive, Steel, Cement), or Energy & Utilities.
- Solid analytical, troubleshooting, and site project management abilities.
