Job Summary : Experienced implementation role involving responsibility for leading larger-scale projects or programs and providing mentorship and subject-matter expertise.

Banking experience is a plus.

Print & Mail Processing Fundamentals

Composition & Output Tooling

File Intake & Data Validation

Print Floor & Insertion Processing Printer and Inserter capabilities and constraints

Valuable to Have

*Basic knowledge of SQL and Oracle*

Key responsibilities:

* Troubleshoot, identify potential escalations, and alert management; analyze data, identify patterns or risks,



and apply innovative thinking to solve problems

* Demonstrate an understanding of the industry that goes beyond mere competence with FIS systems

* Communicate detailed insights and implementation direction to the organization

* Provide communication on issues or complex information to a wide audience; lead FIS client calls during US work hours, EST time zone

* Independently manage projects demonstrating a high level of autonomy and judgment, often bringing structure to high degrees of ambiguity

* Manages complex tasks, improves processes, mentor juniors, contributes to design decisions.
