- Engage with prospective students via calls, emails, chats, and in-person/virtual meetings.
- Counsel students on educational programs, career pathways, and enrollment options.
- Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales and revenue targets. Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and conversions in CRM systems.
- Build long-term relationships with learners by providing guidance and post-enrollment support.
- Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve lead quality and student satisfaction.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands.
