Job Summary
Public Media Solution is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Digital Marketing Sales Executive to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be a sales-oriented professional with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing client relationships, and selling our suite of digital marketing services to prospective clients. This is a target-driven role with a strong focus on generating revenue and contributing directly to the company's growth.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting: Proactively identify and qualify new business leads through cold calling, networking, and leveraging skilled networks (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator).
Client Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough discovery calls and meetings to understand clients' business goals, marketing challenges, and target audience.




Solution Selling: Develop and present tailored digital marketing proposals that address client needs, showcasing our expertise in services such as SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, and email marketing.
Sales Pipeline Management: Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, from initial contact to closing, and accurately track all sales activities and client information in our CRM system.
Achieve Monthly Sales Targets: Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Negotiation & Closing: Lead contract negotiations and close new business deals to meet revenue targets.
Market Intelligence: Stay up-to-date on the latest digital marketing trends, industry news, and competitor activities to effectively position our services.
Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing and project management teams to ensure a smooth transition from sale to service delivery and client satisfaction.
