Roles and Responsibility

- Lead the development team in designing, developing, and deploying scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and develop solutions.
- Ensure high-quality code by reviewing and mentoring junior developers.
- Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to improving the overall technical design of the application.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues efficiently.
- Implement best practices and industry standards in coding, testing, and deployment.

Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of object-oriented programming principles and software development life cycles.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
- Solid leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide junior developers.
