Roles and Responsibilities

- Oversee background verification processes for clients, ensuring timely completion of tasks and quality delivery.

- Develop strong vendor relationships to source top talent from various channels, including social media platforms.

- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of recruitment strategies and meet project deadlines.

- Provide exceptional client coordination services by understanding their needs, expectations, and preferences.

- Manage key client relationships through effective communication, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile

- 2-7 years of experience in account management or a related field (BGV).

- Robust background in client account management, client coordination, client relationship building, and key client management.

- Ability to work effectively under pressure while meeting tight deadlines.

- Excellent communication skills with ability to build trust with clients at all levels.
