Job Description

- Provide API consultancy to customers by understanding business requirements and recommending integration best practices.
- Support existing API customers by resolving technical and functional issues while ensuring high levels of service quality and customer satisfaction.
- Manage and support SOAP and REST-based applications, including policy authorization and access management activities.
- Monitor API performance and service calls using Splunk, identifying failures, anomalies, and improvement opportunities.




- Troubleshoot API integration issues and coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Participate in project support activities including API onboarding, testing, validation, and implementation support.
- Update client applications with information provided by customers and business stakeholders.
- Perform calculations, validate results, and proactively identify and escalate discrepancies or anomalies.
- Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, quality, and customer experience.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and global stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Demonstrate robust analytical, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills while managing multiple priorities.
- Adhere to Allianz Information Security (ISMS) policies, report security incidents promptly, and ensure compliance with all security guidelines and procedures.
