Role Summary: We are looking for a results-driven and strategic PPC Lead to manage paid advertising campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other digital advertising platforms. The ideal candidate will lead a team of PPC specialists, develop high-performing campaign strategies, optimize advertising spend, and ensure exceptional ROI for clients across multiple industries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement paid media strategies aligned with client goals.
- Plan campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and other advertising platforms.
- Conduct keyword, audience, and competitor research to maximize campaign performance.
- Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve ROI, conversions, and overall performance.
- Manage budgets, bidding strategies, and campaign quality.
- Perform A/B testing and implement data-driven improvements.
- Lead, mentor, and support the PPC team.
- Allocate tasks, review campaign performance, and ensure timely delivery.
- Collaborate with Creative, Content, SEO, and Web teams for integrated campaigns.
- Understand client objectives and recommend effective advertising strategies.
- Present campaign performance reports and optimization plans.
- Build solid client relationships and address campaign-related queries.




- Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics, Looker Studio, and advertising platforms.
- Prepare regular performance reports with actionable insights.
- Track KPIs and recommend improvements based on campaign performance.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and AI-driven advertising tools.
- Identify process improvements and maintain best practices.
- Take ownership of campaign quality, deadlines, and client satisfaction.

Requirements

- Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, or related field.
- Experience: Extensive experience in PPC/Performance Marketing with agency experience preferred.
- Google Ads Certification
