Direct and oversee masons, carpenters, bar-benders, & laborers. Ensure tasks are completed as per the daily schedule. Check the alignment, levelling, & finishing of all RCC and finishing work (plastering, tiling, painting). Manage labour & Safety.
Required Candidate profile
Ability to use basic survey instruments (auto-level) and a robust grasp of "Line, Level, and Plumb. Read and interpret structural drawings, floor plans, and MEP drawings to guide the team accurately.
