We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Service Cloud Specialist to join our team at Forward Eye Technologies, located in Hemti. The ideal candidate will have 8 years of experience and be available to start on or before 2026-01-29.

Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement Salesforce solutions.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation for Salesforce applications.
- Provide training and support to end-users on Salesforce tools and features.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Salesforce implementation.
- Analyze business requirements and identify opportunities for process improvements using Salesforce.
- Work closely with stakeholders to ensure seamless integration of Salesforce with other systems.





Job Requirements

- Strong understanding of Salesforce Service Cloud platform and its applications.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies and version control systems like Git.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Ability to analyze complex business problems and develop creative solutions.
- Solid attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality results.
- Familiarity with e-learning/EdTech industry trends and technologies is an added advantage.
