Job Descriptions:

- Expert in SharePoint Online Administration , Microsoft 365 & Teams Administration and Governance , Microsoft Purview
- Responsible for global excel tracker for external network partners annual due diligence process for notifying on an annual basis standard package of outstanding materials, follow up, track responses and engage colleagues for actions where needed
- Own Network Management Team Connect Page design and updating
- Own Multinational Learning Journey Connect Page design and updating




- Own Multinational Learning Journey within SuccessFactors design and updating
- Update various training materials (PDFs, PPTs, Videos) with standard branding material and possible tool/head screenshots to ensure alignments across tools
- Manage when materials for training have been updated last and by whom with future follow up process on outstanding tasks/updates
- Own Network Management team SharePoint Page design and updating
- Own Network Management team TEAMs channel design and updating
- Support us with logging team meeting notes within channel
- Tracking of various treaties or fronting agreements with external partners and reflecting current statuses through effective table management
- Supporting GNM team with External network partner conference or SOE Awareness sessions for gathering up of speaker roles/slides
- Distribution management (shared task) of various shared inbox emails to stakeholders within team
- There may be backup work on reoccurring network reports, depending on skill level and capacity
