Job Designation-Sr. Service Engineer

Job Role-Site Coordinator Sand Plant & Classification System

Base Location-Pune Maharashtra

Job Location-On Site

Qualification : BE/Diploma in Mechanical Engineer

Required Experience : 4 to 8 Year

Reporting To- Service Manager

Salary- Fixed Salary+ Accommodation+ Food & petrol allowances

Notice Period-Immediate

This position involves travelling PAN India at the project /site locations of clients. Key Responsibilities Include, but not limited to:

- Supervise installation, erection, and commissioning activities of sand plants and classification systems.
- Coordinate with customers, contractors, and internal departments for smooth site execution.
- Monitor manpower, safety practices, material availability, and daily work progress.
- Prepare site progress reports and update project schedules. Coordinate with the service, design, and production teams for technical support.
- Resolve site-related technical and operational issues.
- Support annual maintenance planning and customer feedback reviews.




- Participate in performance evaluation and process improvement initiatives.
- Assist in training site personnel on installation and safety procedures.

Must have the below technical skills:-

- Sand Plant Installation.
- Classification System Operation
- Mechanical Erection
- Commissioning Procedures
- Reading Mechanical Drawings & GA Drawings Equipment Alignment
- Basic Electrical & Instrumentation Knowledge Troubleshooting
- Safety Standards (PPE, Permit System) 10 MS Office & Reporting
