We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Lead/Senior Solution Architect with expertise in Microsoft solutions to join our team at Blue Flame Labs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing and implementing scalable, secure, and productive solutions using Microsoft technologies.

Roles and Responsibility

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business requirements and develop technical solutions that meet customer needs.

- Design and implement scalable, secure, and efficient solutions using Microsoft technologies such as Azure, SQL Server, and .NET.

- Develop and maintain technical documentation of solution designs, architecture, and implementation plans.

- Provide technical leadership and guidance to junior team members on best practices and emerging trends in Microsoft solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and quality guidelines.

- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and provide timely resolutions to minimize downtime and optimize system performance.

Job Requirements





- Strong understanding of Microsoft technologies including Azure, SQL Server, .NET, and Visual Studio.

- Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems such as Git.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to analyze complex technical issues and develop creative solutions.

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

- Ability to design and implement secure, scalable, and efficient solutions using Microsoft technologies.

- Strong knowledge of software development principles, patterns, and practices.
