Job Description:-
- Mandatory B1 level German language certification.
- Excellent written communication, grammar, and sentence structuring skills in German, with basic English for internal use.
- Ability to multitask effectively, including managing multiple active chat windows simultaneously without losing focus.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities, close attention to detail, and a highly customer-centric mindset.
- Graduation degree in German.
- Handle and resolve incoming customer queries and service requests in German via live chat.
- Provide skilled, accurate, and prompt responses while strictly adhering to defined process guidelines.
