Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Field Sales & Marketing Executive to drive
market development and business opportunities for our Core Banking Software. The role
involves extensive field visits, networking with cooperative banks and credit societies,
understanding customer requirements, generating leads, and supporting the senior sales
team in converting opportunities.

Key Responsibilities
Regularly visit co-operative banks, credit societies, and other financial
institutions to understand their requirements and build solid professional
relationships.
Identify and develop new business opportunities for Core Banking Software through
networking, market visits, referrals, and lead generation.
Build and maintain a strong network of contacts across the cooperative banking and
financial services sector.




Understand customer pain points and business requirements and communicate them
effectively to the senior sales and product teams.
Work closely with senior team members to develop market understanding and
expand the company's presence across assigned territories.
Conduct field research to gather information on market trends, customer
segments, competitor offerings, and industry requirements.
Share market observations, customer feedback, and field insights to support better
sales and product decisions.
Identify prospective clients and coordinate with senior team members to arrange
product demonstrations and business meetings.
Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective customers and support the sales team
throughout the lead-to-conversion process.
Maintain accurate records of field visits, leads, customer interactions, and market
intelligence.
