- Design, develop, and implement welding processes for various industrial equipment and machinery.
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in production workflows and optimize welding operations.
- Troubleshoot issues related to weld defects, joint failures, or other problems.
Job Requirements :
- 3-8 years of experience in robotic welding, MIG/TIG welding, or similar field.
- Solid understanding of mechanical engineering principles and fabrication techniques.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as C++, Python, or Java (desired).
- Experience working with industrial automation systems, including PLCs and sensors.
