This is a rare seat: you wont just be implementing someone elses product youll be architecting, delivering, and owning the customer relationship for products built by your own team.

The Role

Were looking for a Senior GenAI Engineer Technical Architect who can also lead delivery and own customer success for our AI Product Suite. This is a hybrid, high-ownership role for someone who wants to operate across the full lifecycle architecture, hands-on engineering, team leadership, and the client relationship rather than being boxed into just one lane.

Youll lead the end-to-end implementation of our AI products at client sites: architecting the solution, guiding a delivery team through build and deployment, and staying accountable for the clients success and value realization long after go-live. You are the person a client trusts to make their AI investment actually work technically and commercially.

Key Responsibilities





Technical Architecture

- Architect end-to-end solutions for AI Product Suite implementations (DOCUMANTRA, AI MDM, Conversion Workbench, EDIP, and future products), integrated with client Oracle ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM landscapes.
- Design RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, and LLM integrations (OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, and client-hosted/open-source models) suited to enterprise data and security constraints.
- Make and own key architecture calls data flow, deployment model (client cloud vs. on-prem vs. Oracle-hosted LLM), scalability, and security in collaboration with the core product engineering team.

Delivery Management

- Lead AI product implementations end-to-end: discovery, solution design, build, UAT, go-live, and hypercare.
- Manage delivery timelines, RAID logs, and status reporting; run client SteerCos with confidence.
- Lead and mentor a team of AI/GenAI engineers, holding the bar on code quality, architecture discipline, and delivery pace.

Customer Success

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients live on the AI Product Suite driving adoption, resolving escalations, and identifying expansion opportunities.
- Translate client business outcomes into product usage and configuration decisions; be the trusted advisor clients turn to, not just an implementation lead they hand off from.
- Partner with the product team to feed real client learnings back into the roadmap.

Cross-Functional Pre-Sales

- Work closely with Oracle ERP, SCM, HCM, EPM, and CX consulting teams to ensure AI solutions complement and extend existing implementations.
- Support pre-sales: solutioning, effort estimation, and technical presentations for prospective AI Product Suite customers.

What You Bring

Core Experience

- 10 15 years in software engineering / solution architecture,



with 4+ years hands-on in GenAI/LLM-based product development.
- Track record of leading technical delivery teams through full implementation lifecycles for enterprise customers.
- Demonstrated experience owning a client relationship post-go-live, not just handing off after deployment.

Technical Skills

- AI/GenAI: LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, prompt engineering, function/tool calling, model evaluation and optimization.
- AI Frameworks: OpenAI, Anthropic Claude, Gemini, LangChain/LangGraph, or equivalent orchestration frameworks.
- Engineering: Python, FastAPI, React/Node.js, REST APIs, microservices architecture.
- Data: PostgreSQL, MongoDB, vector databases (Pinecone/Weaviate/Chroma/FAISS or equivalent).
- Cloud DevOps: AWS/Azure/GCP or OCI, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD.
- Working knowledge of the Oracle ecosystem (ERP/SCM/HCM/EPM) is a robust plus, not a hard requirement.

Leadership Client Skills

- Confident, structured communicator equally comfortable in an architecture review and an executive steering committee.
- Strong delivery management fundamentals: planning, RAID management, stakeholder reporting.
- Genuine customer-success mindset you measure your work by client outcomes, not just tickets closed.
- Experience mentoring engineers and setting technical direction for a team.

Education

- B.Tech / BE / M.Tech in Computer Science, AI, Data Science, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).
